Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MIDHOURS tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
